    Nice Blog. It is easy to spend all day tweeting and posting on Facebook and convicing ourselves that we working. At the end of the day our business is still a relationship business and anytime you have have an opportunity to be face to face with people you need to take it.

    You are exactly right, Tony. One thing that I want people to understand is that your personal brand exists whether or not you think it does. The people you meet are reacting to it, even when you are not consciously promoting it. That is why you are better off considering it consciously in everything you do.
